Shipping Policy

Shipping within the United States via either USPS, UPS or Fedex at our sole discretion. Once shipped, shipping times will vary by carrier. All orders will be shipped out by the next business day whenever possible. 

 

*NOTE: Given the nature of the products we sell, we do not ship items internationally.

 

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to request a return, you can do so within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please use the Contact Us form and include the order number and the reason for requesting the return. 

For an item to be eligible for a return, the item must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging, paperwork, and labels in their original condition. Any items that do not meet this description will be sent back to the customer and the customer will incur all shipping charges.

All warranty requests and claims will be handled solely between the buyer (you) and the manufacturer. Any costs associated with manufacturer warranties and claims are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

 

Refunds  

Once a return is received and the item is confirmed to be in new and unused condition with packaging in its original condition, a refund will be processed using the payment method on file. All actual shipping costs (for the order and return) and all PayPal / Credit Card fees associated with the transaction will be deducted from the refund amount. Once a refund is initiated, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and completed.
